The private Dorchester Garage offers a fully staffed valet service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access is located just off Locust Street, between 20th Street and West Rittenhouse Square.
Garage members are issued a tag that functions as both an identifier for the garage staff as well as a means to automatically open the garage door. All you have to do is drive up!
Residents have access to their vehicle in minutes – just a phone call away, and easily accessible via our main lobby.
The Dorchester Garage is also available for guest parking during the day and overnight. Arrangements can be made with Resident Services in the management office. Guest parking rates are extremely competitive.
